We have put together some of the most commonly asked and answered questions.


What if I ordered the incorrect product?

If you've ordered the incorrect kit for your vehicle, it is best to send our sales team an email and we can use your vehicle details to work out the correct kit for your vehicle. Please provide as much detail as possible, including make, model, year, transmission, and engine/fuel type.

What if my vehicle isn't listed?

If your vehicle isn't listed, it is best to send our sales team an email with your vehicle details. Your vehicle may be cable throttle which means you may need a universal kit, or we haven't created a kit for your vehicle yet.

One of my items is missing

All products undergo strict quality assurance as part of our company policy. If you believe an item is missing from your order, please email us a photo of the items you received and provide your order details.

Who is the manufacturer?

We design and manufacture all products at our office in Brisbane, Australia. We source components from local and international suppliers, and build our kits to order.


How can I order a product?

Orders can be made through our contact form by providing the part number, vehicle details, and shipping address. Alternively, you can call our office and our sales team will be able to assist you with the order.

Can anyone order a product?

Yes, we sell to retail and trade customers. Our trade clientele range from dealerships to small businesses in the automotive trade.


What shipping method do you use?

We use a range of shipping methods depending on the goods and location. We aim to use express freight options so that all customers can receive their orders in a timely manner, this includes remote locations.

Do you provide tracking details?

You will be able to track your parcel after the order has been finalised. We provide you with your tracking number when your order is packed and ready for collection from the carrier. Please make sure you provide a mobile number so we can add this to your shipping details.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express. If you would like to make a payment by bank transfer, please request this at the time of order to allow additional time for the payment to clear.

What are the payment terms?

All payments are processed when the order is ready to be dispatched from our office, however we will take payment details over the phone to avoid any delays in processing your order. We offer account terms for trade customers ordering at a consistently high volume (excluding marketplace retailers), terms and conditions apply.

Warranty and return

What if my product isn't working as it should?

If you purchased your kit from another retailer, we encourage you to contact them directly. If you purchased directly through Autostrada Accessories, we encourage you to use the contact form and a team member will get in touch with you. Our technical support team will be able to assist you with installation or trouble shooting any issues you may be having.

What if I need to bring in my vehicle or have something tested?

If the product is not working as it should, please contact us using the contact form and our technical department will be able to provide a solution over the phone. If you're in Brisbane, please let us know and we can book you in to our workshop, if required. We can also offer free testing in our office, this will require the necessary items to be sent back to us, please discuss with technical support.

What is the warranty?

Products fitted to vehicles prior to registration will be guaranteed the same warranty as the vehicle's manufacturing warranty. Any products fitted to a vehicle after the date of registration will receive warranty up to 40,000 km or 2 years, whichever comes first. All warranty claims require assessment by our Technical and Engineering Department.

How do I return a product?

All returns, regardless of reason, must be requested using the contact form. Once the request has been confirmed, we will provide you with instruction on the most suitable return method and the procedure that will follow.
